Rosoco Limited (Rosoco) was founded by Ros Sokhom in 2007. It was
registered with the Ministry of Commerce, licensed by the Ministry of
Economy and Finance to provide professional services such as auditing,
accounting, taxation and consultancy services.
Rosoco is an active member of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA).
Rosoco is managed by Ros Sokhom and assisted by Cheth Sam Oeun, Financial Management Specialist and other five staff members.

Work experience
Sokhom has several years of experience in auditing,
accounting and consultancy services. Before setting up his own firm, he
was a partner of a local auditing firm for almost four years. During
those years he served as a director who mainly ran the practice. Before
joining that local firm, he used to work for one of the big three
international auditing firms for more than five years. During his
employment with that firm, he was heavily involved with providing
investment and taxation advice to most of the multinational companies
operating in Cambodia.
Sokhom is also a trainer. He teaches accounting, auditing and taxation courses for graduate levels at number of universities in Cambodia. He used to train the officials of the Tax Department on accounting and auditing. He is a well known trainer of Cambodia Accounting Standards and IAS/IFRS.

Education
Sokhom holds DBA degree (Cambodia), MBA degree from University of
Hawaii at Manoa (UH) and the Japan America Institute of Management
Science (JAIMS) (USA) and BBA degree in Accounting (Cambodia). Sokhom
is also a Chartered Certified Accountant.
Membership
Sokhom is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
of UK (ACCA) and an active member of the Kampuchea Institute of
Certified Public Accounts and Auditors (KICPAA). Sokhom is also a
member of the board of the National Accounting Council (NAC) of
Cambodia.
